Walking in Love: Like Christ
We are called to "Walk in Love" and given Jesus as an example as One who "loved" us and "gave Himself for us". How do we follow that model?
Romans 13:9b and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Galatians 5:6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.
1 Corinthians 13:2b but have not love, I am nothing.
1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
